My family likes to walk to this Starbucks location, from when I was in high school until even now. I still remember a failed college entrance interview I had at this location. Oh, the memories.

My dad got a special email from Starbucks that any purchase before 10am would earn him a buttload of stars, so we drove over and bought some cold brew. He doesn't like cream, but he does like sugar, although he didn't specify that to the barista. I brought the cold brew back to the counter and she gladly pumped some Classic sweetener into his cup.

Lines are long - the baristas are super chatty, and the waits aren't any shorter. But the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. Seating is somewhat limited, but we had no trouble getting a table.

Overall, it's definitely a convenient location.  A little busy, but an easy stop on Thomasville Road for that morning coff

I've had more than one bad experience at this Starbucks. The first time I went it wasn't busy at all, there was a barista with a bad attitude and didn't smile whatsoever. The second time they were more busy, the baristas were nice but a little too nice to where they got caught up in conversations with the customers and paused on making the drinks to do so, they ended up losing my drink and I was waiting there for 35 minutes for my drink to be made, I could've sat down and eaten at a restaurant and I would of been out of there faster than this Starbucks. Then when they finally made the drink they made it wrong trying to multitask between my drink and another person's that gave them their phone to make them their drink. Lastly, they are very stingy with the ingredients. If you want a well made drink go to the Starbucks at Target.

I dropped by Starbucks on my way home. My daughter looked up what time they closed and Apple Maps said 10pm. We got to Starbucks at 9:22, and walked up to the counter and the person behind the counter looked like I just killed her cat. As I ordered each drink she asked (extremely frustrated) if I wanted anything else. Finally when I finished she turned away and proceeded slamming thing around making the drinks. She finished the drinks and still looked mad that I was there. Another worker locked the front door while we were waiting for the order. She put the drinks on the counter and never said a word like: "thank you for buying my over priced coffee and paying my salary". I said sarcastically "thank you", and walked out. I've never felt so unwelcome in a business in all my life. After we left we looked up their store on Google Maps and noticed that Google said they closed at 9:30.

Apple Maps must have their closing time wrong, but it really doesn't matter. They need to update the time but if a customer walks in you should treat them decently no matter what time you close.

First off, I have gone to this Starbucks before and not had a problem. And I normally wouldn't leave a bad review, but this was outrageous.
I mobile ordered an iced triple espresso with a couple flavored syrups and cinnamon and cream. Okay, it was a little long, but I shouldn't receive a nasty attitude and comment for it!

My husband went inside to pick it up and came out with a half full cup. First, it didn't even look dark enough for 3 shots of espresso, but when I went in and questioned the girl, she said she did put 3. Then I said I wanted it more full with cream and she got this really awful look on her face like she was offended and said "oh wow. Okay I'll do it this time, but JUST so you KNOW - that's a latte and you have to actually PAY for it." I looked at her like, are you serious?! Then I just said "fine don't do it. What about the extra cinnamon I asked for on the top?" She looked at it and replied "oh, well it's really hard to read with ALL of that stuff on there."

Um seriously?! It would be one thing to say POLITELY, that next time I should order a latte because it would be easier to understand, but to have a nasty gross attitude with a customer IN FRONT of other customers. That is just nasty. She's the kind of barista that makes someone's drink wrong on purpose because she's mad that the label is so long. She should get in trouble and correct her behavior.

I just ordered a coffee and lemon pound cake at this Starbucks. The pound cake was displayed in the case. The girl at the register tells me they are out of it and for me to pick something else. I then choose an almond croissant that is listed on a sign in the case. The same girl then tells me they have not carried that for months and I should pick something else. My third attempt was to order pumpkin bread (also in the display case). Surprise! No pumpkin bread. At this point I suggest they update their items available. Her answer, "were really busy, It's Sunday". Whoever owns this franchise, please fire this completely inept employee.
I paid for my lone coffee then sat in Starbucks to write this review. The coffee is good but if your hungry go to the Bagel Market.
